DESIGN OF CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HEATER TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Abstract
This research focuses on the design and implementation of a robust control system for a heater to ensure precise temperature regulation and energy efficiency.
The primary objective is to develop a control system that can accurately maintain a desired temperature, minimize energy consumption and enhance overall performance of the heater.
The hardware components of the system include a microcontroller, temperature sensors, heater and relay. The microcontroller continuously monitors the temperature sensors output and calculate the necessary control action. The microcontroller output is used to modulate the heaters power ensuring precise temperature regulation.
