Abstract
TheIncreasingdemandforflexibleandaccessibleeducationhasledtothedevelopmentofonlinelearningplatforms.Thisresearchpresentsthedesignandimplementationofanonlinetuitionmanagementsystemforstudents,withaspecificfocusonKanoStatePolytechnic.Thestudyaimstoaddresschallengesfacedbybothstudentsandadministratorsinthemanualprocessingoftuitionfees,registration,andacademicrecords.Thesystemallowsstudentstoregisterforcourses,makepayments,andaccesstheiracademicprogressthroughanintuitiveweb-basedinterface.Foradministrators,itprovidesefficienttoolsformanagingstudentrecords,processingpayments,andgeneratingreports.Thesystemisdesignedusingmodernwebtechnologies,ensuringscalability,andeaseofuse.Theimplementationofthissystemisexpectedtostreamlineacademicprocesses,reduceadministrativeworkload,andprovideamoreefficientmeansofmanagingtuition-relatedactivities,ultimatelyenhancingtheoveralleducationalexperienceatKanoStatePolytechnic.
