The Receipt Issuing System for the Department of Computer Science is designed to automate and streamline the process of issuing receipts for various transactions, including tuition fees, event registrations, and equipment rentals. The system allows faculty, students, and staff to generate, store, and retrieve receipts efficiently, minimizing manual work and the risk of errors. Through a user-friendly interface, individuals can request receipts, which are automatically generated and sent to the user via email or made available for download. The system also supports administrative functions such as tracking transaction history, managing records, and generating reports for auditing purposes. By integrating with the department's existing database and financial systems, the solution ensures seamless data synchronization and improves overall operational efficiency.
