Abstract

This project titled “Design and Implementation of an Online Request and Delivery System with Tracker” aims to develop a web-based platform that enables users to make delivery requests and track the status of their items in real time. The system bridges the gap between customers, delivery personnel, and administrators by providing a seamless request and delivery management process. The system was implemented using HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL as the backend database. It allows users to register, log in, make delivery requests, make payments, and track their deliveries via an integrated GPS tracking interface. Delivery personnel can view and manage assigned deliveries, update delivery statuses, and confirm successful deliveries. The result is an efficient, user-friendly system that reduces delivery delays, minimizes miscommunication, and enhances service reliability. This project demonstrates how modern web technologies can simplify logistics and promote digital transformation in the delivery sector.
