Abstract

This study develops a mathematical model to analyze the transmission dynamics of COVID-19, incorporating key factors such as infection rates, prevention strategies, and treatment. It begins with an overview of COVID-19, covering its causes, symptoms, transmission, and control measures. The model formulation includes assumptions, variables, and parameters, followed by stability analysis of disease-free and endemic equilibrium points. The basic reproduction number is calculated to assess outbreak potential. Sensitivity analysis identifies critical intervention points. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and healthcare professionals in designing effective strategies for controlling the spread of COVID-19 and future pandemics.
