EXPLORING MIXED EMBELLISHMENT METHODS IN A TWO-PIECE OUTFIT
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study explores the creative integration of mixed embellishment methods in the design and production of a coordinated two-piece outfit. The research aims to examine how combining various decorative techniques—such as embroidery, appliqué, beadwork, and fabric painting—can enhance the aesthetic value, texture, and uniqueness of a garment. Guided by principles of fashion design and textile artistry, the project involved careful selection of fabrics, harmonization of colors, and application of embellishments to achieve a visually appealing and well-coordinated ensemble. The outcome demonstrates that mixed embellishment not only elevates garment design but also offers opportunities for innovation, personalization, and cultural expression in contemporary fashion.
