Abstract
Employees are considered as the essential asset for every organization ensuring the operation to be run smoothly. An organization would be nothing without its employees because employees are the one who strive hard to deliver their best performance in order to achieve objectives and goals of the organization. One of the pressing challenge organization needed to face most of the time is the employee turnover. Employee turnover refers to an issue of employees leaving the organization and it has to be replaced with the new one (Abdul Latif & Saraih, 2016).
