Abstract

Reliable and uninterrupted power supply is a critical requirement for modern academic, business, and professional activities that depend on electronic equipment to function effectively. In Nigeria, frequent power outages, load shedding, and voltage fluctuations are common, causing disruptions during presentations, lectures, and events that rely on electronic projectors and other audiovisual devices. These irregularities in grid electricity supply compromise productivity, damage sensitive equipment, and increase operational costs for institutions and individuals who frequently resort to costly fossil-fuel generators or basic inverter systems with limited autonomy (Joseph et al., 2025). Electronic projectors are widely used in tertiary institutions for teaching, learning, and seminars, as well as in conference halls and religious gatherings. These devices require a stable supply of alternating current (AC), typically at 220 V and 50 Hz, to operate optimally. Power interruptions
