This study examines the relationship between job enrichment and employee efficiency in the Nigerian banking industry, with a specific focus on Zenith Bank PLC, Asaba. The concept of job enrichment involves redesigning jobs to increase employees’ motivation by adding meaningful tasks, autonomy, and opportunities for growth. The study aims to determine how job enrichment influences employee productivity, job satisfaction, and overall efficiency. A descriptive research design was adopted, and data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to staff of the bank. The findings revealed that job enrichment significantly improves employee efficiency by enhancing motivation, commitment, and performance levels. The study concludes that organizations that adopt job enrichment strategies are more likely to achieve higher productivity. Recommendations were made for management to continuously redesign jobs to meet employees’ developmental needs.
