Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted various domains, including education. This project focuses on the design and implementation of an AI-integrated study planner utilizing Grok AI, with the objective of enhancing study organization and academic productivity for students. Conventional study methods often suffer from limitations such as a lack of personalization, flexibility, and adaptability to the diverse learning needs of students. To address these challenges, this study planner leverages AI to deliver personalized study schedules, automated resource management, progress tracking, and intelligent reminders, thereby optimizing the learning experience. The system is developed using a robust technology stack comprising ReactJS for the front-end, Node.js and ExpressJS for the back-end, and PostgreSQL for database management. Grok AI is integrated into the system to provide intelligent recommendations and analytics. The planner features an intuitive user interface that enables students to monitor their study progress, generate quizzes from study materials, manage academic resources efficiently, and optimize their study time. By incorporating AI-driven analytics, the system enhances time management and learning efficiency, catering to the individual needs of students. The project adopts an incremental development approach, with iterative improvements based on user feedback to ensure the system aligns with user requirements. Preliminary evaluations of the system demonstrate that AI-powered study planning significantly improves student engagement, task completion rates, and academic performance. This research underscores the potential of AI-driven educational tools to transform traditional learning paradigms, offering students a more personalized and effective approach to achieving their academic goals. The findings of this project contribute to the growing body of knowledge on the application of AI in education, highlighting its potential to address critical challenges in modern learning environments.
