The research centered on the effect of electronic media in the promotion ofSmall scale businesses in Imo State. The study Covered selected small scalebusiness in Owerri. In line with the above, the researcher raised threeresearch questions. The researcher employed the descriptive surveyresearch design and questionnaire was used as instrument for dataCollection. The data collected where presented in tables and analyzed usingmean statistics. The findings revealed that television has significant impacton the profitability, awareness creation and customer's patronage of small Scale industries. Based on the findings, it was recommended that Nigeriagovernment should encourage the growth of small scale enterprise, the Small scale businesses, the small scale business owners should always useCommercials to advertize their goods/services.
