Abstract

ABSTRACT TailorHub: A Comprehensive Tailoring Management System is a web-based platform developed to automate and simplify the tailoring process for both customers and tailors. The system addresses common challenges in traditional tailoring shops such as record loss, communication delays, and inefficient order tracking. TailorHub introduces a digital environment where customers can register, input their body measurements, select fabrics and styles from an online catalog, and place both custom-made and ready-made clothing orders conveniently. For tailors, the system provides an admin dashboard to manage customers, view order details, monitor progress, and send automated SMS notifications once orders are completed. This improves workflow organization, customer communication, and data management accuracy. The system integrates PHP for serverside development, MySQL for database management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, and uses SMSLive247 API for automated text notifications. TailorHub was developed using the Agile development methodology, allowing iterative design, testing, and refinement based on user feedback. The system was implemented and tested successfully in a local environment using XAMPP, with positive evaluation from both tailors and customers. Results show that TailorHub enhances service delivery, promotes digital adoption among local tailors, and improves customer satisfaction by providing a reliable, accessible, and efficient tailoring management experience. By bridging the gap between traditional tailoring and digital innovation, TailorHub contributes to the growth of technology adoption in small-scale fashion enterprises, improving productivity, transparency, and business reputation within the tailoring industry
