Abstract

This study compared the Hirschberg and Krimsky tests for measuring the angle of strabismus among undergraduates at Imo State University. Both tests were performed on subjects with ocular deviation. Results showed high correlation between the two methods, though Krimsky provided more precise measurements in larger angles. Hirschberg was faster and easier to perform, making it suitable for rapid screening.
