Patents, atlases, and image collections were the least utilised. Among user education programmes, information literacy instruction, online instruction, and library orientation were the most accessible, while one-on-one sessions and course-related instruction were least available. Key components of user education included information literacy, e-resource usage, and identification of library sections. Major challenges hindering programme effectiveness were inadequate funding, limited resources, staff shortages, low awareness, and outdated teaching methods. The study recommends that there should be an increase funding specifically for the acquisition of printed and non-printed resources, such as reference books, patents, atlases, e-journals, and e-books, to better meet the resource needs of fresh undergraduates at the College of Science and Technology, Tai Solarin University of Education. Keywords: User Satisfaction, User Education Programmme, Library Resources Utilization, Fresh Undergraduates, College of Science and Technology, Tai Solarin University of Education.Word Count: 294
