Abstract

ABSTRACT This project focuses on the modification of a solar-powered rechargeable table fan to enhance efficiency, lifespan and performance. By integrating an optimized battery management system and a Brushless DC (BLDC) motor, i aim to overcome the limitations of traditional fans, such as low efficiency and short battery life. The design includes selecting efficient solar panels for maximum energy absorption, implementing smart battery charging techniques, and integrating the BLDC motor with advanced electronic control. Optimizing battery capacity ensures extended operation, while refining the fan's mechanical structure improves airflow and reduces noise. The test result is a highly efficient, quiet, and durable solar fan with extended runtime, particularly beneficial in areas with unreliable power supply. I recommend that these modifications done is an innovative solution that promotes energy independence and encourages the adoption of renewable energy technologies in everyday applications.
