ICT COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: A PLATFORM FOR ACADEMIC DISCUSSION
Abstract
The ICT Community Management System is designed to facilitate collaboration within a community by providing features such as topic creation, feedback submission, analytics, and file management. The system supports role-based access where admins create, manage, and archive topics, while users engage by providing feedback and downloading attachments.
Developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js with Express, the system provides real-time notifications, secure file uploads, and feedback analysis. This project demonstrates the practical implementation of an interactive web-based system that enhances communication and information sharing within an ICT community.
