Abstract

ABSTRACT This project is on the construction of a 200Ah digital industrial battery charger with seven segment voltage level display. As the world shifts towards sustainable energy solution, the need for a digital industrial battery charger has become increasingly important, where portable and backup battery management systems are integral in our daily lives. This digital industrial charger involves the development of an efficient and sustainable battery charging system that utilizes electric energy to charge large capacity batteries (200Ah), commonly used in industrial applications. This modern device provides an environmentally friendly and cost effective solution for maintaining large capacity batteries, particularly in off-grid or power challenged environment. With an incorporated voltage control and regulatory units, a regulated output voltage for battery charging is achieved; a better option in comparison with traditional charging techniques.
