Abstract

ABSTRACT This project focuses on the Design and Implementation of a Computerized Stock Management and Replenishment System aimed at improving accuracy, efficiency, and real-time monitoring of stock levels. The system automates stock tracking, manages replenishment alerts when inventory falls below defined thresholds, reduces manual errors, and enhances decision‑making through accurate reporting. The Agile methodology was adopted to ensure iterative development, continuous feedback, and progressive improvements. The system was implemented using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Testing confirmed that the system functions as intended and meets all requirements. This computerized solution significantly improves efficiency compared to manual methods and enhances inventory handling and business performance.
