Abstract

This study develops a phishing awareness and prevention framework that strengthens user resistance to phishing attacks through simulation and real-time threat analysis. Using sp0m.co, phishing simulations were conducted to assess user behavior, while VirusTotal analyzed links and attachments for potential threats. The findings show that combining practical simulations with automated detection tools significantly improves user awareness and reduces phishing success rates. The study highlights the importance of continuous training and proactive threat monitoring in minimizing human vulnerability to phishing.
