Abstract
ABSTRACT
The project is the layout survey of property belonging to Federal Polytechnic Damaturu. The layout survey is for the purpose of allocation to beneficing. A total number of is 109 of beacons were emplaced and monumented High target was used the survey work. The field data captured were downloaded into computer and analyzed using AutoCAD. A final plan at a scale of 1:500 was produced. It is recommended that necessary Facilities like water power be provide within the layout.
