ABSTRACT I am deeply grateful to Almighty God for His guidance, wisdom, and strength throughout the course of this research. Without His grace, this work would not have been possible. My profound appreciation goes to my supervisor, V. E. Yawate, for his patience, guidance, and invaluable contributions in shaping this research to its present form. His constructive criticism and encouragement provided direction at every stage. I also extend my gratitude to the lecturers and staff of the Department of Architecture, Modibbo Adama University, Yola, for their support and for creating an enabling environment for learning and research. Special thanks go to my colleagues and fellow students who participated in the study by responding to questionnaires and providing insights that greatly enriched this work. Finally, I am most indebted to my family and friends for their prayers, encouragement, and moral support. Their understanding and sacrifice gave me the strength to persevere through this academic journey.
