The application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in academic libraries has significantly transformed the delivery of information services, enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction. This study examines the impact of ICTs on information services delivery at Northwest University, Kano Library. The research explores various ICT tools adopted in the library, their benefits, challenges, and the extent of their utilization. A mixed-methods approach, including questionnaires and interviews, was used to gather data from library staff and users. The findings reveal that ICT integration has improved cataloging, reference services, circulation, and online access to resources. However, challenges such as inadequate funding, lack of technical skills, and irregular power supply hinder full ICT implementation. The study recommends increased funding, staff training, and infrastructure improvements to enhance ICT-driven services in academic libraries.
