Abstract

ABSRTACT The purpose of this project is to design and implement an automated fuel tank level monitoring and measurement system to address the limitations of traditional manual methods, which are often error-prone and inefficient. The system integrates advanced sensor technology, an OLED display, a buzzer, and an LED to provide accurate, real-time monitoring and alerts for fuel levels. The design achieved a measurement accuracy within a 2% margin of error. Functional and performance tests demonstrated that the system reliably updates fuel levels on the OLED display and provides immediate alerts through the buzzer and LED for low fuel conditions. Environmental testing confirmed the system’s robustness under varying conditions. The results indicate that this automated system enhances accuracy, reduces manual labor, and improves safety in fuel management. The study suggests potential improvements in sensor calibration, wireless communication integration, and power management. These contributions offer a modern, efficient solution for fuel management across various industries reliant on fuel storage and consumption.
