Abstract

A lecture alert system was developed using software-based technologies to improve communication and time management within the university environment. The backend integrates an SMS API to automatically generate reminders based on timetable data stored in a database. The system sends lecturers timely notifications indicating course, venue, date, and time. It enhances information dissemination, reduces clashes, and supports efficient lecture delivery. The application was implemented using C# for the frontend interface and MySQL for the database. The system provides a fast, reliable, and user-friendly solution for managing academic schedules.
