EFFECT OF ORGANIZATION CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY (CASE STUDY OF TUYIL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This project investigates the effect of organizational culture on employee performance within the pharmaceutical industry. The study examines how cultural elements—such as leadership style, communication patterns, shared values, work environment, and reward systems—influence employees’ motivation, productivity, job satisfaction, and overall performance. Using a combination of questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data, the research analyzes the relationship between cultural practices and performance outcomes across selected pharmaceutical firms. Findings indicate that a strong, positive organizational culture significantly enhances employee commitment, improves efficiency, and supports higher levels of performance, while weak or inconsistent cultures contribute to low morale and reduced productivity. The study concludes that fostering a supportive culture, aligned values, and effective communication channels is essential for improving employee performance in the pharmaceutical sector. Recommendations are provided for managers and policymakers to strengthen organizational culture for sustained employee and organizational success.
