THE IMPACT OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY ON EMPLOYEE’S PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF SITA SOLOMON ALUMINUM COMPANY)
Abstract
This research examined the impact of Industrial safety on employee performance. The objective includes examining the significance of good health and safety measures on employee's performance the sample was drawn from a population size of 96. Data and information were collected using questionnaire interview and article from the internet and were analyzed using simple percentage method and chi-square statistics. The findings showed that good health and safety measures have significant impact on employee's performance. The researcher recommended that regular medical checkups should be carried out so as to determine worker state of health.
