Abstract

This study provides background information on the healthcare systems in both universities, highlighting the establishment and development of their health centres. The research assesses the services offered, staff, infrastructure, equipment, and departments, as well as students' satisfaction and feedback. A mixed-methods approach was employed, using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. The study identifies strengths and weaknesses of each system, provides insights into areas for improvement, and informs policy decisions for university administrators and healthcare providers. The findings highlight notable differences in infrastructure, equipment, and services offered, and provide recommendations for improvement.
