Abstract

ABSTRACT This project aimed to design and develop a motorized screw jack capable of lifting and lowering vehicles up to 2 tons. The system is equipped with a remote-control interface, enhancing user convenience and safety. The remote control offers precise control over lifting and lowering operations, allowing users to operate the jack from a safe distance. A robust screw mechanism and a powerful electric motor were integrated into the design to ensure reliable and efficient performance. Rigorous testing was conducted to evaluate the system's performance under various load conditions. The results demonstrated the system's ability to consistently lift and lower vehicles within the specified load capacity, while maintaining stability and precision. The system incorporates safety features such as automatic stops to prevent over-extension and overload conditions. Additionally, the design emphasizes ease of use and minimal maintenance requirements. While the current design demonstrates significant potential, future improvements could include increasing the load capacity, incorporating a battery-powered option, and enhancing the remote-control functionality with additional features like programmable presets and emergency stop buttons. These enhancements would further expand the system's versatility and safety.
