Abstract

Over the years, the issue of erratic power supply has been one of the major problems faced by developing countries like Nigeria. These problems of reliable power supply have however caused a reduction in the useful life of equipment and power gadget. Toward achieving a more reliable supply, other alternative power supply such as power inverter, solar panel, geothermal sources and all available renewable energy has been resolved to be used. Design and construction of a 2.0KVA inverter System using Solar Panel has been adopted in this case as a means of power supply to solve the above problem statement respectively.
