Abstract

Abstract Timetabling concerns sets of activities geared towards the production of a timetable that must be open to various constraints. A timetable (In the case of academia) refers to a temporary structure of lecture series and lecture halls or classrooms where all presented constraints are met or satisfied. Currently, several administrative activities and services for higher educational institutions have been improved and updated with the neglect of timetable for lecturing because of the challenges associated with it. The Interactive Timetable Management System is designed to streamline and facilitate the process of scheduling and managing timetables in academic institutions or organizations. This system integrates advanced features to create, modify and optimize timetables based on predefined criteria. The platform is user-friendly and interactive, allowing multiple users to access and use simultaneously, with its dynamic interface, the system offers personalized views for students, faculty, and staff, enhancing communication and coordination. By reducing manual efforts and improving the accuracy of scheduling, the Interactive Timetable Management System fosters efficiency, flexibility and seamless operations in educational environments.
