Abstract

The study examines how leadership in Tongo LGA affects workers’ performance. It finds that good leadership improves motivation, teamwork, and productivity, while poor leadership reduces morale and efficiency. It recommends participatory leadership, regular training, and strong feedback systems to enhance performance and service delivery.
