Abstract

Gidan Kwano campus of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, lies within the basement complex terrain dominated by granites. Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) with the Schlumberger configuration was carried out to investigate subsurface lithology for groundwater potential evaluation. Sixteen VES points were acquired. Interpretation results produced a fracture map and revealed three geoelectric layers.
