Abstract

The convergence of robotics and artificial intelligence has led to the development of humanoid robots that exhibit advanced cognitive abilities, opening new possibilities for their integration into various service-oriented domains. This study explores the design and implementation of a humanoid robot-based front desk officer, leveraging the capabilities of deep neural networks. The objective is to create an intelligent, adaptable, and interactive system capable of understanding natural language, recognizing facial expressions, and providing contextually relevant responses to user queries. The project encompasses the integration of sensors for vision, speech recognition, and natural language processing, allowing the robot to perceive and comprehend its environment. The implementation phase focuses on developing a deep neural network architecture that facilitates continuous learning and decision-making, enabling the robot to evolve its behavior based on user interactions. This study not only contributes to the field of robotics and artificial intelligence but also addresses the increasing demand for efficient and personalized customer service. The insights gained from this research have implications across various sectors, showcasing the potential for humanoid robots to redefine the role of front desk officers in the modern service industry.
