Abstract

study examined "The Effectiveness of Social Media Promotion in Driving Sales: A Case Study of Moontop (Nig) Limited." The main objective was to determine the extent to which Moontop (Nig) Limited utilizes social media promotional tools, assess the effectiveness of these tools on sales performance, and identify the factors influencing their effectiveness. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect data from the respondents. The sample size consisted of customers and social media followers of Moontop (Nig) Limited, and data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The findings revealed that Moontop (Nig) Limited actively utilizes various social media platforms as part of its marketing strategy, leading to significant enhancements in brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. Key factors influencing the effectiveness of social media promotion included the quality and relevance of content, consistency of posts, audience engagement strategies, and the presence of a dedicated social media manager. The study concludes that high-quality content and regular interaction with the audience are crucial for maintaining interest and driving sales. Recommendations for businesses include investing in high-quality content, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, leveraging multiple social media platforms, employing a dedicated social media manager, fostering active audience engagement, and implementing performance metrics and analysis to optimize promotional strategies.
