With the advancement of technology in today’s world and the application of computing to every aspect of human life especially the health sector. There is need for standard software systems that would support the work flow of hospitals and clinics effectively and efficiently. The study developed blood bank management system for management of blood bank in hospitals and clinics. The developed system replaces the manual process. The system allows the blood bank to be managed effectively and efficiently without challenges faced by existing manual system. The system eliminates the issue of redundant data and also the blood in the stock is been traced through the software it also facilitates the blood donation to patients in need. The system is web application which is accessible anywhere and every time.
