A critical appraisal of poverty and development theories suggested that as long as individual and communities are caught in poverty traps in the forms of low resources low physical and human capital exclusion from the global markets and development and market failures they cannot enjoy the economic development experience in high income develop countries the mdges the mdges were development were developed in good faith of assists reduceing global economic development this priorities however and assessment of the current status African countries reveal a train whereby it is highly unlikely that any of the target said by the goals will be met by 2015 example in Nigeria whereby 50% leave below the poverty line the poverty situation is is excavated but inequality in incomes in assets education and health status in control over for probability resources and in access to essential services growth strategies for decision poverty level in software and countries and Nigeria particular must be propour such strategies most eliminate discrimination against rural and agricultural development invest in human capital education and household consumption levels we do this deprivation of basic needs by on by on vulnerable members particularly children they widowed and age provided assists.
