This study evaluates the conflict management strategies employed by school principals in public schools, focusing on their effectiveness in resolving disputes and promoting a positive school culture. Through a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews with principals and teachers, the research identifies best practices in conflict management and assesses their impact on school outcomes.
The study's findings highlight the importance of communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in effective conflict management. The results also underscore the need for tailored approaches to conflict resolution, taking into account the unique needs and contexts of individual schools.
This research contributes to the development of evidence-based policies and practices for conflict management in public schools, providing insights for school principals, policymakers, and educators. By evaluating the strategies used by school principals, this study aims to inform efforts to enhance conflict management and promote a positive and productive school culture.
