Abstract

This research focuses on the development of Online Monitoring and Evaluation System for Charity Organization (OMESCO) aimed at improving the transparency, accountability, and efficiency of charitable initiatives. The system is designed to manage and track donations, project reports, and incident submissions, providing real-time updates and feedback to donors, charity organizations, administrators, and beneficiaries. This research recommends future enhancements, including integrating blockchain for enhanced transparency, incorporating real-time feedback mechanisms, and developing a mobile version of the system. The system successfully streamlines charity operations, improves donor confidence, and provides a scalable solution for monitoring charitable projects, positioning it as a valuable tool for modern philanthropy.
