Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the impact of teamwork in enhancing organizational performance. Teamwork is one of the current issues in the field of management today and has remained the single most important factor that determined the overall corporate performance in any organization. For the purpose of this study I use the following methods in collecting data to enable me carryout an effective study. Related literatures were received primary and secondary data such as textbooks, journals and past project work. The questionnaire is the major instrument used in collecting the data. Simple percentage method was used to present the respondents responses. The findings of the study revealed that teamwork improve organizational efficiency. It is therefore concluded that teamwork help built workers morale towards performing their duties to enhance organizations duties to organization efficiency. It is therefore concluded that teamwork should be paid attention to and regarded as the pillar on which every organization stand without the teamwork there will not be any organizational business. Thus it is recommended that Nigeria Bottling company Benin City and organizations in general should establish teamwork to quicken productivity and provide efficiency in decision and also alternative procedure and good workable environment should be provided as this will improve the physical condition of this team work.
