INFLUENCE OF OFFICE ENVIRONMENT ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF SECRETARIES IN FIVE BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS IN KWARA STATE, NIGERIA
Abstract
The research is based on the influence of office environment on the productivity of secretaries in five business organizations. Data were collected using questionnaire in different business organisation in kwara State. The objective was achieved using simple random sampling techniques. The findings of the study revealed a significant positive correlation, indicating that a conducive of office environment on the productivity of secretaries. This was reinforced by the percentage, mean and standard deviations. The study recommends that the enhance by office environment.
