Abstract
ABSTRACT
The project is a web-based application that provides online platform for laundry business to record their day-to-day transaction. In this project, the system user can dynamically create the list of services of their business provide such as washing clothes, ironing, and etc. The project stores all the list of pending and completed services. Laundry firms are usually faced with difficulties in keeping detailed records of customers clothing; this little problem as seen to most laundry firms is highly discouraging as customers are filled with disappointments, arising from issues such as customer clothes mix-ups and untimely retrieval of clothes. The aim of this application is to help the users fix a date for the collection of their clothes. Also customer's information is secured, as a specific id is allocated per registration to avoid contrasting information.
This project requires a user credential as the security feature of the system. The admin user can dynamically create a user group with some permission of his/her choice of which part can only be accessed by the created group. The system has a pleasant user interface and user-friendly functionalities.
