ORIGIN AND ESTABLISHMENT OF KATSINA GOVERNMENT PRINTING PRESS 1987-2022
Abstract
This research titled The Origin and Establishment of Katsina Government printing press 1987-2022 discussed on the creation of Katsina state in 1987 and the establishment of the printing press.It also examined the administrative structure and the nature of the press. The relationship between ministry of information and the government printing,it also discussed staff, promotion and training of their workers. The Research also examined the major activities of Government printing press as well as its challenges. In writing this work,qualitative method was used in which both primary and secondary sources of history were extensively utilized.the work found that katsina printing is an important agency which print most of the important documents of katsina state government since it creation in 1987 to date.
