Abstract

ABSTRACT This project is centered on the “Effect of credit administration on Bank Services delivering using Union Bank Plc as a case study. The aim and objectives of this project work is to establish the effect of credit administration on bank services delivering in the Nigeria Bank Industry. The method of data collection used in this research work is primary and secondary sources while the statistical tools employed is the use of simple percentage and chi-square in testing the hypothesis. The finding shows that loan administration has a significant effect on bank lending. Based on the findings the study recommends that Bank credit officers should pay more and detailed attention to prospective borrowers loans application and banks are advised to intensify effort at increasing loans and advances, commercial banks in Nigeria more than ever before are faced with problem of customer’s defaults.
