CAPACITY BUILDING AND EMPLOYEES EFFICIENCY IN NIGERIA CIVIL SERVICE(A STUDY OF DELTA STATE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION A SABA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This is an empirical study of capacity building and employee’s efficiency, a case
study of ministry of information Asaba. This research helps to find out the impact
of capacity building in Nigeria civil service and challenges facing capacity
building. The sample size for this research work is 200, and questionnaire was
used as the instrument fir data collection. Data collected were projected and
analysed using percentage table. It was found that in table 4.2.7, 42.67% agreed
that capacity building makes positive impact in the ministry of information. The
study concluded with some recommendations that government should create
awareness on capacity building opportunities available for an employee in order
to improve the efficiency of an employee
